Casting comédien anglophone entre 38 et 45 ans pour un rôle dans un court-métrage

Dans le cadre du tournage d'un court-métrage indépendant, nous recherchons un acteur (âgé d’environ 38 à 45 ans) pour incarner un client dans un bar. C'est un drame social percutant abordant les thèmes de l’objectivation, des stéréotypes de genre et du regard masculin.

Il s’agit d’un rôle parlant anglais avec un texte écrit.

Profil recherché :

• Maîtrise parfaite de l’anglais (niveau natif ou quasi-natif préféré). Un accent britannique, américain, canadien ou australien natif serait un atout.
• Compétences d’acteur
• À l’aise pour incarner un personnage moralement imparfait et antipathique
• Sûr de lui, expressif et capable de rendre avec subtilité l’ironie et l’hypocrisie
• Capable d’incarner un homme qui objectifie ouvertement les femmes tout en étant simultanément fasciné par elles

Le personnage représente une contradiction sociale courante : un homme qui juge, critique et hypersexualise les femmes, mais qui est pourtant le premier à rechercher leur attention et à consommer leur image.

Lieu : Val de Marne / Porte de Paris

Dates de tournage : sur un samedi / dimanche d'août ou septembre. 1 demie-journée de tournage est prévue.

We are looking for an actor (aged approximately 38 to 45) to play a customer in a powerful social drama addressing the themes of objectification, gender stereotypes, and the male gaze.

This is an English-speaking role with a written script.

Profile:

• Fluent in English (native or near-native level preferred). A native British, American, Canadian, or Australian accent would be an asset.
• Acting Skills
• Comfortable portraying a morally flawed and unsympathetic character
• Confident, expressive, and capable of subtly conveying irony and hypocrisy
• Capable of portraying a man who openly objectifies women while simultaneously being fascinated by them.

The character represents a common social contradiction: a man who judges, criticizes, and hypersexualizes women, yet is the first to seek their attention and consume their image.

Location: Val-de-Marne / Porte de Paris

Shooting dates: on a Saturday or Sunday in August or September. One half-day of shooting is planned.
